FINSERA AI
Workflow automation and system integration for Singapore businesses

Make Your Existing Systems Work Smarter, Together.

Imagine your sales, stock and invoices flowing into one view that is always up to date, with no exports, no copy-pasting and no Monday-morning scramble. Most businesses are closer to that than they think, because the systems are already there.

In a free 30-minute workflow review, we find the workflow costing you the most time and show you the smallest fix that works. Where AI helps, we use it. Where something simpler works, we say so.

A quick self-check

Your systems work. Do they work together?

  • The same customer or order details are keyed into more than one system.
  • Someone spends part of every week making numbers from different systems agree.
  • A weekly or monthly report is stitched together by hand from several tabs.
  • Invoices, purchase orders or forms are typed in from PDFs and emails.
  • Approvals get chased by message, because nothing tells people it is their turn.

If you ticked even one, there is probably a workflow worth fixing.

Time

The same numbers typed two or three times. In a 20-person company, it is often a full person's worth of capacity, scattered across several desks.

Errors

A wrong decimal or a missed invoice line does not announce itself. It surfaces weeks later, usually when a customer points it out.

Stale decisions

By the time the numbers are combined, they describe last week. You are steering by the rear-view mirror.

What can we fix for you?

Workflow automation, one job at a time

Pick the one that sounds most like your week. That is the workflow we will look at in your free review.

Typing it twice

Stop retyping the same data

When the same details are keyed into more than one system, I want one source of truth that feeds the rest, so my team stops double-entering and I can trust what is on screen.

Often starts with: a process decision, or an integration you already pay for but never switched on.

How system integration works
Figures that never match

Make the numbers agree

When sales, stock and accounting figures never quite match, I want them reconciled automatically, so nobody loses Friday afternoon working out why.

Often starts with: connecting the systems and automating the predictable steps between them.

How data reconciliation works
Building the view by hand

Skip the Monday scramble

When I need last week's numbers on one screen, I want them to assemble themselves, so I decide on current figures instead of stale ones.

Often starts with: a simple dashboard that shows when each figure was last updated and what is still pending.

How automated reporting works
Messy inputs

Stop keying in documents

When invoices, purchase orders and forms arrive in a dozen different formats, I want them read and routed into the right system, so nobody types them in.

Often starts with: AI, because this is where the input is messy and fixed rules keep breaking.

How document processing works

Something else slowing your team down? . Behind each of these sit the same tools: system integration, workflow automation, document processing and reporting. We pick whichever fits.

Built to your need

Pay for the fix you need, not the platform you don't

Enterprise automation platforms are powerful, and priced for businesses that will use most of what is in the box. Most growing businesses will not. AI has made it far more practical to build exactly the part you need, at a fraction of the cost of the full tool.

Buying the bigger platform

  • Licence fees sized for the whole feature list
  • Long set-up before anything useful happens
  • Your process bends to fit the tool
  • You use a fraction of what you pay for

A build around your workflow

  • Scoped to the one workflow that hurts most
  • Starts small and grows only where it earns its place
  • Technology adapts to what your people need, not the other way round
  • Often reuses tools you already own

Sometimes the platform is the right answer. If it is, we will say so, and help you choose and set it up. We are vendor-neutral and recommend what fits your business.

Automation opportunity calculator

How much time could workflow automation free up?

Manual data transfers, reconciliation, recurring reports and approval chasing all take staff time. Move the sliders for a rough sense of the labour capacity involved each year.

5h
$35/h
4 people

Time spent on manual work

20 hrs / week

About 1,040 hours a year, or roughly $36,400 of staff time.

If automation freed up

416 hrs / year

Equivalent to about $14,560 of labour capacity.

Illustrative only. The scenarios are hypothetical assumptions, not guaranteed results, and freed-up time does not automatically become an equivalent cost saving.

The free 30-minute workflow review

What happens in the 30 minutes

It starts with listening, not selling. You bring one workflow. We bring the questions.

  1. Step 1: You describe the workflow

Who touches it, how often, and which systems are involved. No preparation needed beyond knowing which workflow hurts most.

  2. Step 2: We pinpoint where time is lost

We tell you plainly what is actually going wrong, even if it is not what you first thought. If the issue is smaller than expected, we will say so.

  3. Step 3: We outline the smallest fix that works

And we agree what success looks like before any build is discussed.

What you leave with

  • A one-page note naming the workflow and where the time is lost
  • The smallest fix that would work, and how big the effort is
  • What success would look like, in measurable terms

If the fix is small, it is yours

If the answer is a small change your team can make in an afternoon, we will tell you how to do it yourself. You do not need a consultant for that, including us.

Diagnose and Define

This is the free review. You get clarity on the real problem.

Design and Deploy

Only if a build makes sense. We scope it in writing before any work starts, and train your team to run it.

Not every problem needs AI

We start at the bottom of the ladder, and climb only when we must

Most businesses that think they need AI actually need the first three rungs. That is not a letdown. That is money saved.

  1. Rung 4: Use AI where the input is messy

Supplier invoices in ten PDF layouts. Long email threads. Anything where fixed rules keep breaking.

  2. Rung 3: Automate the predictable

Same steps, same rules, every time. Reliable, not exciting.

  3. Rung 2: Switch on what you already pay for

Integrations in your current tools that nobody ever turned on.

  4. Rung 1: Fix the process first

One source of truth. Often an afternoon, and zero cost.

Alongside any rung

The dashboard

It reports what is working, without the Monday scramble.

It reveals what is stuck. A number still blank at 3pm is rarely a technology problem. It is a process problem that has finally become visible.

We always show when each figure was last updated and what is still pending.

Who you will be talking to

Ryan Lim is Co-Founder and Principal Consultant of Finsera AI. Over his career, Ryan has worked with more than 100 customers on enterprise automation, across industries such as:

  • Government agencies
  • Banking and financial services
  • Manufacturing
  • and more

Our founder's previous professional experience includes organisations such as GIC, OutSystems and Nintex.

A level playing field for SMEs

Enterprise experience, sized for your business

Ryan has seen first-hand how businesses pay for the full feature list of enterprise tools and use a fraction of it. Most SMEs do not have the budget for those tools in the first place. His experience, combined with AI, lets Finsera AI build what you actually need, at a size and price that fit your business.

Built on our own operations

Meta Robotics, seven branches in Singapore

Ryan runs Meta Robotics, a children's robotics and coding education business. Reporting, enrolment, assessment and class management run on tools we built around how the business actually operates. Many of the fixes we recommend to clients were built and tested here first. Education is one example. The same patterns show up in every industry.

Questions

Before you book

Is the review really free?

Yes. It is 30 minutes, with no obligation and no sales deck. A clear diagnosis is the best way for both of us to find out whether there is a good fit.

Who is it for?

Anyone whose time is being taken up by repetitive work, from solo founders to growing teams in Singapore and the region. If you already run a CRM, ERP or accounting software, we can help them work together. If you run on spreadsheets, email and chat apps with no specialist software at all, that is a good place to start too. You do not need a system in place to have a workflow worth fixing.

Do I need to buy new software?

Often not. Many fixes use tools you already pay for. We are vendor-neutral, so we recommend what fits your business and not a particular platform.

Is this all about AI?

AI is a big part of what we can do, and if AI is what you are looking for, we are glad to help you use it well. We start with what you are trying to achieve, then recommend the most direct way to get there. Sometimes that is AI, such as reading invoices that arrive in many formats, summarising long email threads or answering routine questions. Sometimes a simpler integration or automation does the job faster and for less. Either way, you get honest advice on where AI fits your objective, and where it does not.

What does it cost after the review?

It depends on the size of the problem, and many fixes are small. If a build makes sense, you will get a written scope and price before any work starts.
